Intermittent Fasting

Overview:

Intermittent fasting is a dietary pattern that cycles between periods of fasting and periods of eating. It is not a specific diet but rather an eating schedule. There are many different intermittent fasting protocols, but all of them involve dividing the day or week into eating periods and fasting periods.

Why is this important

Science is trying to find a magic bullet to manage what we can already create for ourselves if we are so motivated.

Intermittent fasting is the single most effective method each of us can initiate to take control of our bodies and reduce the diseases of aging to help provide a long and healthy life.
